Frank Lanigan, CPA, Retired Partner
Frank Lanigan is a retired partner and co-founder of our firm. His leadership has helped create an atmosphere at Lanigan Ryan that fosters the development and growth of both employees and clients. With over 40 years of public accounting experience, he is an expert in many areas of business consulting, assurance, and tax.
Frank works with clients in a variety of industries including Commercial Construction, Manufacturing, Janitorial Services, and the Direct-Mail Industry. He has presented seminars on how to better understand financial statements to bankers and surety agent groups. He has also presented workshops on the impact of new tax laws on financial statements at regional meetings of the National Association of Surety Bond Producers.
Frank graduated with honors from the University of Maryland in 1972, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and is a licensed CPA in Maryland, Virginia and DC. He serves on the Board of Directors of AGN North America and is involved with many associations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, the American Subcontractors Association of Metro Washington, the Mid-Atlantic Surety Association, and Associated Builders and Contractors.
When Frank takes a break from the office, he enjoys discussing business with clients while fishing on the Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic Ocean.
