Tracey Diss joined the firm in May 1995 as a staff accountant and is now the Firm Administrator since August 1999. She has over 13 years of experience in administration, personnel, finances, facilities, and marketing. As the Firm Administrator, she puts the firm’s needs first and works closely with Partners on firm-wide policy setting, problem solving and decision making. She is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the day-to-day operations of the firm, and for directing the implementation of firm policies. She also has 7 years of experience in public accounting, focusing in the construction and not for profit industries and specializing in audits, reviews and compilations of financial statements and preparation of corporate and individual tax returns.
Tracey graduated from Mount St. Mary’s College in 1002, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in Finance. She is a licensed CPA in Maryland since 1995 and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, Association for Accounting Administration and the Society for Human Resource Management.
When Tracey is not at the office, she is most likely to be found around a pool or running event, where she is either watching and cheering her kids on or participating herself.
