“To help every client and every employee reach their growth and development potential.”
Since the inception of our firm, this has been the guiding principle, driving organizational growth and our ability to expand the team… 25 years and counting.
We have been growing since our founding in 1990 and are poised for outstanding growth for the next 10 years. We are a best-in-class firm, enjoying one of the highest client retention rates in the industry. Our work involves in-depth engagements with privately held businesses that include attestation and tax services but reach beyond traditional services and extend to management consulting, growth and development consulting, mergers and acquisitions, valuations, forensic accounting and more.
As a mid-size firm, our unique position within the market offers the advantages of both a small firm and a large one… advantages that directly and positively impact our team members, providing them many opportunities to learn new skills, develop specializations, and see “the bigger picture” more quickly.
At Lanigan, Ryan, we believe that a good training program is key to the ongoing success of our people. In fact, all our partners have been promoted from within our organization. It is no surprise to us that we have been honored as one of Accounting Today’s Best Accounting Firms to Work For, 8 of the last 10 years.
