Kevin M. Doyle, CPA

Managing Partner

“Kevin has developed a niche that he loves: helping clients transfer their closely-held businesses – whether it be through retirement and the addition of new partners or sale of the business. When it comes to the latter, Kevin knows that this is often the largest financial transaction, and personal transition, of an owner’s career. For this reason, he takes special care to ensure that owners feel confident and well-informed throughout the process.”

Kevin Doyle is the firm’s Managing Partner and sees a substantial aspect of this role as having a mandate to shape a vision for the firm to fit with the culture already in place while ensuring that he keeps vital areas of business in front of other partners. To keep the firm nimble and future-ready, he and his colleagues continuously monitor the need for new staff resources, professional expertise, and technology.

In addition to the part he plays in firm oversight, and perhaps more importantly, Kevin’s responsibilities as a firm partner keep him in front of clients every day. Kevin’s forward-thinking approach impacts the firm and clients alike, as he is always on the hunt for “the next Uber” in any given industry, encouraging clients to seek opportunities and make proactive steps to capitalize on them. He’s a straight shooter, “tell it like it is” kind of guy, with an uncompromising determination to put clients in the best possible position for success by getting the job done right.

“Kevin believes professional advisors must have “extreme integrity: honesty always has to be there.”

The firm’s work is all about helping clients achieve growth and development, and he is passionate about helping clients by understanding their goals and objectives to implement sound policies for their businesses. He seeks to hear what is being communicated, as opposed to what is being said… finding the root cause of client issues and providing answers to business owners who may not have been aware of the real source of concern.

“I am here to relieve a client’s anxiety. They don’t always know what is creating their anxiety. Our job is to listen, help identify the cause, and then find a solution.”

Family drives Kevin. Being with family is his priority. He and his wife have four children and three grandchildren. They have a second home in Deep Creek, Maryland where they enjoy boating, fishing, and hosting friends. Kevin is also a member of a local country club where he often goes golfing with friends and clients.
